Meet Cristy Garbalena

Cristy is a skilled professional with 19 years of experience in the construction industry. After graduating from Rockwall High School, she earned a degree in Business Administration from Eastfield College and later attended Remington College for culinary arts. Cristy's career in construction began in 2005 as a secretary at a local flooring company. She moved up to an administrative assistant role at a roofing company in 2010 and was promoted to office manager a year later. In November 2021, Cristy joined G.O.A.T., where she provides vital support by managing reports, email correspondence, and scheduling meetings. She oversees administrative staff and ensures the office runs efficiently with effective processes. Cristy also manages daily project operations, ensuring customer satisfaction on every project. Outside of work, she is married and a proud mother of a daughter and son, balancing her professional success with a fulfilling family life.
